We offer services to fit different learning styles and needs. We provide individual and group nutrition counseling and self-paced courses.

Individual Consultation
Insurance-based
- Covered by insurance often with no co-pays or deductible

Self-pay
- Initial consults (60 minutes) - $150
- Follow-up (30 minutes) - $80
- 3 visit packages – $250
- One 60-minute initial session and two 30-minute follow-ups
Group Classes
Virtual Group Classes
- Topics: What To Eat, When & How To Eat, Inflammation & How To Shop, Cooking Classes
- Cost: Usually no cost when using insurance benefits.
- Many major insurance plans will cover group classes at 100% with no copays. Out-of-pocket cost (if we don’t take your insurance or your insurance does not cover classes): $25 per class
Cooking Classes
- Blood-sugar friendly meals under 30-minutes. Taught by a chef periodically to bring nutrition to life in a fun virtual class.

In certain cases we have to go beyond food and work to find the root cause of the issue. We can use a root cause approach to identify and heal your gut, hormones, and health conditions.
We believe in certain cases, It’s better to test rather than guess and throw unnecessary supplements at your conditions.

Courses
Self-paced courses can be a great add on to 1:1 support using insurance. You have lifetime access. Currently we offer:
- Elevate – A mini-course focused on diabetes nutrition.
- Blood Sugar Reboot – A comprehensive course going beyond nutrition. This course covers diabetes nutrition but also exercise, treatment for high and low blood sugars, stress, sleep, supplements, gut health and hormones.
