Gargi helped me drop my HAIC from 6.9% to now 6.1% in 6 months. She has helped me improve my blood sugars with physical activity, balancing my meals, reducing stress and hence emotional eating. My craving are far less especially at night. I also understand how physical activity impacts my blood sugars. Learning to read the CGM has helped me identify what foods affect my blood sugar and continue to reduce them. My liver counts have dropped by 50% being well in range now! My fasting blood sugars have dropped from being in the 140-161 mg/dl range to now 112 – 117 mg/dl. My lipid panels are all well within range now too. I can’t thank you enough for your guidance and I look forward to bringing all these levels down even further!
