Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 9 medium fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp psylium husk (optional for fiber)
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar, monk fruit, or Stevia (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all dry ingredients together and add almond milk. Stir well and add strawberries. Place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
