Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 bags frozen broccoli
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (helps caramelize the chicken but can be omitted)
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Add all seasonings into a large bowl along with the olive oil and coconut aminos mix well and then place raw chicken in marinade, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Transfer chicken to airfryer and cook 370 for 15 minutes flipping halfway. (Always check chicken to make sure internal temperature is 165) If you do not have an airfryer best method is to grill the chicken until cooked.
  • Preheat the oven to 400. On a baking tray add the bags of broccoli and onion. Spray with olive oil and season with spices of your choosing. Cook for 15 minutes. Shake tray once or twice during cooking process.
